STUDIO BOOKING POLICY
In order to get your name in our books, the following procedures be completed.
1) INTERVIEW-Meet with the Head Of Production to listen and discuss all aspects of your project.
2) LOG-IN- Fill out form (name/address etc..) for our database.
3) DEPOSIT- 50% deposit (cash/check) for any studio time requested. F.C.F.S. in effect. First Come First Serve.
4) RENTAL PAYMENT- Full payment for each day must be paid to Studio Manager before the session starts. N.P.N.P. No Pay = No Play.
5) CANCELLATIONS: : Must give 48 hour notice of postponed sessions and 7 day notice of completely canceled session or YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT ! If we can fill your canceled session, you will not be charge. Call if you have any questions or problems concerning this policy.
5) MASTER TAPES AND REFERENCE COPIES-If for some reason you have negotiated some other payment policy, NO TAPES WILL BE RELEASED until we receive payment in full for all sessions up to that day.
6) OUTSIDE RENTALS-You must prepay for any outside equipment or studio rentals secured by Scientific Recording or Nashing Teeth Production Inc. 7 days before scheduled session.
7) OFFICIAL AGENT- one person must sign as Official Agent, responsible for representing the artist for all relevant issues including booking studio time, fee payment, preproduction procedures, and overall communication.
